The Skinny
Take notice, dear reader: You hold in your hands the only celebrity magazine powerful
enough to shock a self-professed party chick like Kari Wuhrer! She's no doubt
stunned that we failed to include her in an issue about the best body parts of
our favorite actresses. Note to Kari: It was a careless oversight that we will
rectify in two ways: one, by running plenty of stills from your hot 1997 flick,
Vivid, in the Film Buffs section of this ish, and two, by taking turns as your
personal slaves—though we wager that most of our time would be spent mopping
up our own drool. Nonetheless, stop by our offices and we'll draw up the contracts!
Now, back to the real business at hand. Take your relationship troubles, magnify
them 100 times, and you may get a sense of what celebrities deal with in their
love lives. Dangerous Liaisons: Sex Scandals Of The Stars chronicles the rocky
romances of such mega-babes as Pamela Anderson, Carmen Electra, Anne Heche, Angie
Everhart, Stephanie Seymour, and Kate Moss. It goes to show that in terms of looking
for love in all the wrong places, Hollywood tops the list!
Speaking of which, have you been watching all the celluloid spinning out of Tinseltown
lately and wondering, "Where's all the nudity?" So have we. Luckily,
we've found part of the answer in the world of DVD. Lost Nude Scenes: What The
Censors Wouldn't Let You See! features Heather Graham (Boogie Nights), Katie Holmes
(Disturbing Behavior), Shannon Elizabeth (American Pie) and more in scenes the
digital denizens had the foresight to retrieve from the cutting-room floor. If
ever there was a selling point for upgrading from VHS, we think they've found
it!
As a special added bonus, we pay homage to 1999's sexiest films in the special
mini-magazine, The Third Annual Celebrity Skin Film Awards. American Beauty, Eyes
Wide Shut, American Pie, and Cruel Intentions lead the pack in a year that, in
terms of cinema sex, left most of us wanting for more. Plus, Film Buffs gives
