EDITORIAL NOTE
SWANK TALK
SWANK readers have always been the most discerning readers of men's magazines. And this coupled with our own desire to be the best has resulted in our hottest issue to date!
We start things off with Karina, a heart-stopping beauty whose dangerous curves and drop-dead good looks land her on the cover of this month's issue.
A torrid triangle - that's what happens when Linda, Susan and Madeline, three sexy starlets, succumb to their lesbian desires and give us a look at one of the hottest 1, 2, 3-somes in Swank history. If girls going solo is your thing, check out Jorden, a shameless, raven haired beauty on page 31.
And the action stays red hot when Dianne, a gorgeous blonde, shakes off the blues and gives us a peek at her pink. A mermaid out of water? Tanya is a dream come true as she swims in a sea of coral satin while peeling off her black silk stockings and ruby red panties. Eye-popping girl-on-girl action! That's what you get when Sharon and Carol, two sinfully beautiful women, "devour" one another's body.
Built to please - That's GiGi, a golden haired lovely, who gives us a candid look at how she earned the distinction of being this month's centerfold. Warm, smooth skin against cool, rough leather - watch Rachel writhe in ecstasy!
Down and dirty. There's no other way to describe what's going on between Lisa and Tony in this torrid lust-fest.
If you think you're up to it, there's still one more! Jazz, a sultry, sex pot who gives us a bump and grind that's as hot as the music she's named after.
And that's not all. Taylor Wane, Stephanie Rage and Barbara Dare continue to scorch the pages with their torrid tales while our readers give them stiff competition with their own carnal confessions.

About Swank
Swank is a pornographic magazine for heterosexual men published in the United States. It includes hardcore sex, such as the use of sex toys, lesbian sex, and sexual intercourse between men and women.

There are also a series of DVDs and an official website produced under the Swank name.

The Magna Publishing Group bought Swank along with dozens of other pornographic titles, including Stag, in 1993 from Charles "Chip" Goodman, the son of Martin Goodman, founder of Marvel Comics. According to the New York Times, Stag and Swank “can even draw a line to the same pulp publishing outfit—Martin Goodman's Magazine Management Company—that in 1939 started the comic book publisher that eventually became Marvel Comics, and that in the 1950’s and 1960’s employed future novelists like Mario Puzo and Bruce Jay Friedman as writers and editors.”

At the time Magna purchased the magazines from Goodman, the company was known as Swank Publications, and was a part of the GCR Publishing Group, which also published non-pornographic magazines, including such titles as New Body and Victorian Accents.

The Magna Publishing Group's website includes the claim that Swank has been established for "well over 65 years." A magazine called "Swank" was founded by Fox Features Comics founder Victor Fox in the 1940s. This early version of the magazine was a knockoff of Esquire, but eventually evolved to its current format. The magazine has had breaks in publication of several years during its history, so the "over 65 years" claim may be disputed by some media historians.
