For the great majority of people, masturbation is the first form of sexual expression
that we learn. With many people, especially young girls who are denied sexual
experience with members of the opposite sex because of family or societal pressures,
masturbation is the only form of sexual expression they know before marriage.
In these modern times, masturbation is no longer considered taboo as it was just
a few short decades ago. Sexologists and other members of the psychological professions
consider masturbation not only a normal step toward sexual maturity but a healthy,
normal outlet when other forms of sexual expression are denied or are unavailable.
For many people, especially young girls, masturbation can become more than just
a way to assuage sexual needs—it can become almost an art form.
Certainly techniques vary from individualto individual. For some it is just a
quick way to satisfy one's sexual urges. For others it can be a prolonged and
complex sexual act involving many approaches and including the use of various
sexual "toys" that make the experience a complete and fulfilling act.
This book outlines both the techniques and the altitudes of five young women,
which should give the reader an indication of the wide variety of masturbation
